I always make this soup in the fall. It’s the most delicious and easy soup, perfect for boosting immunity and assisting the body’s detoxing as we transition to fall and winter weather. Just chop up and roast your veggies in the oven with avocado oil, salt and pepper, and blend them in a mixer with warm water when they’re done!

We can help you do this safely and feel great afterwards. Getting stronger feels like an addictive drug. I have heard getting shot at is a drug like feeling and other pharmactuciles, both of which could kill you. Getting stronger is the safer choice.

Be Fed Up, LLC was created because I (Cassie Santy, owner and founder) got sick and tired of the endless diets, rules, marketing, talk, and nonsense around health and wellness. What’s what? What’s true? To eat or not to eat? Vegan or Paleo? Is gluten going to kill me or are we all overreacting? HELP!!! I felt stuck, like I was in check-mate, between all the conflicting information.
But I got fed up with excuses, tired of hearing the reasons why we can’t prioritize health, and tired of sitting around on my hands when I know these babies can actually do something about it! You see, through my personal journey battling chronic illnesses and numerous food allergies and intolerance's, I learned A LOT about cooking healthy and eating well. But not just that: I discovered a love for cooking and a passion for helping others feel better by eating well.
Furthermore, my dad passed on his love for creativity in the kitchen to me, and because of that, I have also spent time in numerous countries taking in the sights and smells of foreign foods. I have taken cooking classes in France, Italy, and Thailand, and spent thousands of hours in the kitchen with my dad, cooking for hundreds of people.
I have also been to dozens of doctors and health professionals, from naturopaths to herbal experts, GI specialists to acupuncturists...and so many others. I like to learn, so I’ve asked questions and taken notes along the way, and I believe I have a fairly extensive wealth of knowledge to share with others when it comes to health and nutrition, the body and mind, and getting to the bottom of why you feel so awful.
So, my question to you is this: are you fed up?! Are you done with junk and ready to make room for something better? Then start here. It’s simple. It’s healthy. It’s good.
