Your gut WANTS and NEEDS FIBER. This has a whopping 24 grams of fiber, so 12 g per serving (…I can finish one myself for sure though lol)
Fiber supplements actually have very little fiber. 🫠Often 2-4 g. It is so much better to get it from food, because with this, I’m getting amazing nutrients, polyphenols, antioxidants, antiinflammatory benefits too, not just fiber in isolation, and your gut and rest of your body needs that too!
PRO TIP: introduce fiber slowly if you’re not getting it consistently in your diet already and drink plenty of water. Increase daily fiber by ~5g/d for a week or two then increase again etc.

‘Juice’ because it is a watery smoothy consistency and my kids call it blueberry juice 😂
Recipe:
1.5 C water
1 whole lemon peeled (2.4 g fiber)
1 inch peeled fresh ginger
2 TB chia seeds (10 g)
1 whole apple w skin (4-5g)
1 C frozen blueberries (4g)
1/2 cup frozen spinach 🤫 (3.5g)
I use a Vitamix to make it less gritty. Let me know if you try it!
