May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so I'm just checking in to encourage all of you to do some self-reflection and self-care, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally & spiritually. Be intentional with checking in with yourself & others.
Therapy is a great tool to start. If you're interested in therapy check out: Therapy for Black Girls, Psychology Today, Alma, Headway, or your insurance company & search for a clinician near you and/or who accepts your insurance. There are a variety of in-person & virtual options available.
