2025 has been a year of celebration and new beginnings at Williamsburg Landing! This year marked 4️⃣0️⃣ years since we welcomed our first residents and we kicked off the milestone with a campus-wide celebration for our residents and team members! Live music from Good Shot Judy, food from Old City Barbeque and beverages from The Virginia Beer Company made it a party to remember.

Since 1985, we have grown across 153 acres and now include eight neighborhoods for Independent Living residents, Assisted Living, Health & Rehabilitation, Memory Care, an Adult Day Center, a Health Club & Spa, and our newest addition—a 23,000-square-foot Community Center and 300-seat theater.

💙 Most importantly, it’s the P E O P L E who bring Williamsburg Landing to life. We’re incredibly grateful for our 600 residents and 440 team members who choose our community as both home and career. Cheers to the next 40! 🥂

Seeing our new theater come to life has been truly amazing ✨

This week, The Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra brought their Holiday Pops performance to our residents, with festive spirit and vocals. And to top it off, they made one of our residents’ dreams come true, inviting him on stage to conduct the orchestra!

Founded in 1985, Williamsburg Landing is an independent, nonprofit, mission-driven Life Plan Community with longstanding financial stability and history of excellence. As the only nationally accredited continuing care retirement community in Hampton Roads, Virginia, Williamsburg Landing provides a gracious, socially-enriched lifestyle with a full continuum of care. These services include: independent living, home health, rehabilitation services, assisted living, memory support, short and long-term skilled nursing, and a new adult day center available to the public. Located on 137 wooded acres adjacent to College Creek, minutes from historic Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary, the community provides an individualized focus on person-centered care.
