Everyday is a NEW beginning! 🙌

It’s pungent, I KNOW 🤣 but you guys the benefits of this supplement are amazing!

How it works:
The protease (protein munching enzyme) in the Ease caps is the Bromelain. It's from pineapple, and it goes after protein.
When you take Ease with food, it breaks down the proteins. Even white rice has protein. When you take it on an empty stomach, typically first thing in the am, the protease slips into the blood stream and 'eats' the inflammation it finds. Inflammation in the facia and joints turns into scar tissue. That tissue is protein based. This is why you'll find increased mobility and pain relief after taking it on an empty stomach for a time!

10oz brewed coffee hot or cold
1 tsp toffee or caramel extract
2 scoops Milk Chocolate Lean Meal Replacement
2 TBSP Whip or Coconut Cream
Sea Salt flakes

Directions:
Mix in blender on low for about 20-30 seconds. Pour into mug and top with whip topping and sea salt.
