Happy New Year! With all the resolutions starting, I wanted to remind my busy friends that not all exercise happens at the gym. Do your best and make every move count! Even if it’s just a little here and there, you’re helping lower your risk of several heart conditions. ♥️
Also, 30 minutes of CPR training burns around 350 calories, so give me a call if you want a quick workout! 😉

As a motivated instructor, it’s often difficult to find a student who is both required by their employer to be certified and also REALLY into learning CPR. When you do find both, it’s like striking gold. Today was that day for me! These women (and man) were so much fun to work with. Thank you so much Palmetto Family Dentistry in Zebulon, you guys have no idea how much I loved teaching you this afternoon! ♥️ 🖤 ♥️
