Some days, the big goals feel really big.
That’s when I remind my clients to come back to something simple, just focus on three things. Every day, no matter how simple.
🧘🏾♀️One thing for your body (physical health)
Anything that supports movement, nutrition, or rest:
→ Go for a 20–30 minute walk
→ Do a short strength or yoga session
→ Drink enough water throughout the day
→ Cook a balanced meal instead of grabbing fast food
→ Get to bed a little earlier
🧠One thing for your mind (mental stimulation or focus)
Things that help you learn, think, or stay sharp:
→ Read a few pages of a book
→ Listen to a podcast that teaches you something
→ Work on a puzzle or brain game
→ Practice a skill like writing, coding, or a language
→ Plan your day or reflect on goals
🕊️One thing for your emotional & spiritual well-being
Things that help you feel grounded, connected, or at peace:
→ Journal your thoughts or gratitude for 5 min
→ Spend time with someone you care about
→ Meditate or sit quietly for a few minutes
→ Pray, if that’s part of your life
→ Get outside and be present in nature
→ Do something kind for someone else
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be complicated. But those small, intentional actions… They add up 🤍
