These two incredible women just graduated yesterday. As the seniors on our board, they were role models for the rest of us. Phoebe, the Outreach Director, has spent the last year working with schools and other organizations, making sure that our workshops can reach as many people as possible--and she's also helped with countless other tasks essential to running SWAG. Gabriella, the Founder and President, is the reason that all of us got started. Her courage and energy are what turned something terrible into something terrible we can fix. These two leaders are some of the most inspirational people you'll meet, and under their leadership SWAG went from an idea to a (very) active organization with dozens of members.

Next year, Phoebe will be teaching at an outstanding school in Brooklyn, and Gabriella will be abroad in Greece on a Fulbright Scholarship. The rest of us are going to miss you two immensely, but we're going to keep doing the work you've started. We love you.

Thank you to the Berkshire Farm Center for inviting SWAG to today's Board of Directors reception--and introducing us to Bob Kandel (Williams '69) and Suzy Akin (Williams '84, P '16 and '18)! We can't wait to come back for some workshops next semester.
