Ever thought about a career where you actually make a difference?

We talk every day about the need for BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Pediatric Physical Therapists in our area...and the truth is, there just aren’t enough trained professionals to meet the need.

If you’re: a high school student trying to figure out what’s next, or someone feeling stuck and thinking about a career change, Pediatric behavioral therapy might be worth a closer look.

These roles aren’t just “jobs.” They’re meaningful, stable careers where you get to help kids build skills, confidence, and independence, and where the impact lasts far beyond the workday.

Our community needs more people willing to step into these paths, and the opportunities are here.
If you’ve ever felt pulled toward helping others, teaching, problem-solving, or working with kids, this might be your sign to explore it a little more. ❤️💙💚

Message us if you’re curious. We’re always happy to talk about what these careers really look like and how people get started. For role qualifications and requirements, visit

Yesterday was pure Christmas magic! PJ Day with our kiddos made the day extra cozy, and the Eleven Point Rural Fire Department brought smiles with stockings full of candy and toys at both locations.

We’re so thankful to be part of communities that continue to grow in both heart and connection—always showing up for kids, families, and one another. Merry Christmas, Eve!!! 🎄🎅♥️
