My Personal Experience:

I loved it because it detects when I hit or come close to items. It beeps to provide an auditory cue to let me know to back up.
It provided me with confidence knowing that I will not hit anything.
Pros
Detects when I am about to hit something.
It provides beeps so I know when to back up or change direction.
Built my confidence with power mobility.
Cons:
Occasionally, it did not detect when I hit certain things and objects
At first, I was feeling frustrated because it detected my feet and stopped the chair. But we were able to problem solve positioning.
I trialed with a demo chair which was not customized to my body.
I did not like when it went faster.
Is it User Friendly:
Yes- but it is sensitive to my feet positioning. It also it helpful to have an assistance to help with programming behind the scenes.
Suggestions for Improvement:
More flexibility with feet sensors
Joystick functions
Slower speeds
Different Sounds
Obstacles/Object behind left/right/center
Louder Volume and more flexibility with sounds
