As a full spectrum doula, my work is not just in childbirth. I provide non-medical, non-judgemental support and care to people & families through the entire spectrum of pregnancy outcomes.

The care I provide will look differently depending on my client’s unique reproductive or birthing journey.

Hi! Welcome to my doula business page.

I’m Christy. I am a trained, full spectrum doula with a background in raising three children, growing food, and teaching yoga. After 23 years of watching my children grow up too fast, 13 years of farming, and 10+ years of teaching yoga, becoming a doula brings me to a passion that I have held since becoming a mother myself.

I deeply believe, through my own birth and loss experiences, that everyone can benefit from the presence of a doula and the space they hold throughout the perinatal time. The holistic work of a full spectrum doula resonates with me, because I understand that your life, your body, your family, and your choices all reflect your unique expression of being.

As your full spectrum doula I will meet you where you are and hold space for you to participate in the birth of your child, not just experience it. I will offer unconditional physical, emotional, and informational support to help you have a more satisfying and fulfilling birth experience or through any pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, planned abortion or medical termination, stillbirth, surrogacy or adoption. Being seen, heard, and informed are an integral part of honoring bodily autonomy and choice, and because I understand and respect the intimate nature of your birth experience and your body, I will fully support your birth and care choices.

I embrace all family structures, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, single parents, teen parents, and pregnant/postpartum folks with partners away on military deployment.
