Many women don’t struggle because they lack discipline.
They struggle because their nervous systems have been living in survival mode for too long.
When your body has learned to brace, endure, and push through—rest feels unsafe.
Peace feels unfamiliar.
And consistency feels impossible.
Healing isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about teaching your body that it no longer has to stay on guard.
This is the work I live.
This is the work I teach.
And it changes everything.

There are seasons where survival is the assignment.
And then there are seasons where rebuilding becomes sacred work.
I am in my rebuilding season.
Rooted. Intentional. Clear.
