This just happened to me last week & I don’t think we talk about this enough. Whether you’re spiritually gifted, sensitive to energy or a regular person, we have all experienced a place feeling creepy or strange. Here’s some signs that a place may be spiritually active or “haunted”
1. Sensory Changes - Sudden cold or hot spots. The air feeling heavy or it feels hard to breathe even though you’re breathing just fine.
2. Emotional Changes - Feeling depressed in certain areas or a feeling of dread. The sense of Sadness etc
3. Physical Changes - Suddenly feeling Dizzy. Nervousness or Anxiety symptoms. Feeling Fatigued. Ear ringing. Headaches. Hearing things like knocking or voices. Seeing shadows or just a feeling of being watched.
For anyone local inquiring where this building is it’s the DuPont Building in Wilmington, Delaware. Has anyone else felt strange here? I’ve been doing research on historical happenings in this building but not much comes up.

Time for a spring tarot class. If you have been curious about the cards, are craving a way to ground in these wild times, want to learn how to see things in your life in a new way…this could be a good fit for you. We will touch on the history of the cards just a bit, talk about the minors and majors, and discuss how to develop a tarot practice. Time permitting, we can talk about birth cards. It will not be a deep dive on Kabbalah or astrology. Included in the fee is a booklet created by me curated from my favorite tarot sources over my ten years of practice.
