DAY NINETEEN:

Strict Phase, Day 19

You're so close! The light at the end of tunnel is shining bright🌟✨️

Do you have a game plan for what happens after these 21 Days? How you proceed next matters most. You're feeling better, thinking more clearly, you're palette has been refined. There are many wise ways to proceed. Check in with your coach for some specific guidance. I know our brave leader, Todd Burrier will be sharing some tips soon, too, so I'm not going to focus on that today.

I want to celebrate how far you've come and what you've overcome! I hope you are feeling proud of yourself. If you've "fallen off the horse," I want to inspire you to dust yourself off and get back on!🐎

In Andreas Jopp's book, The Ultimate Metabolic Reset," he cites a study that points our just how addictive sugar truly is:

If you give rats a choice between co***ne and sugar, for example, they'll choose sugar every time. EVEN COCAINE-ADDICTED RATS WILL SWITCH TO SUGAR. THE ADDICTIVE POWER OF SUGAR IS 4X THAT OF HEROINE! 🤯

I want you to really take a second and consider what you've been able to overcome and to understand why it's so damn hard, especially in our current society, especially if you are still struggling.

DAY SIXTEEN:

I read this this morning:

✨Day 16

Did you ever think you could have this?

We knew you could 🌞and honestly if you can do 16 days, you can absolutely do 21. You can do anything you commit to.

Has it been challenging? Of course. Anything worth having rarely comes easy, does it? Growth asks something of us. Discipline stretches us. And change? It’s uncomfortable before it’s empowering.

Now pause for a moment and think about this:
How much better will your body function when it’s consistently fueled with proper nutrients, enough water, and intentional movement? Your cells notice. Your hormones notice. Your energy notices.

One of the coolest parts of this journey?
👉 You chose it.
You took the leap on your own. No diagnosis forced your hand. No crisis demanded change. You decided your health was worth it before sickness had a say.

Because here’s the truth:
A well person has many problems.
A sick person has only one.

You’re investing now so your future self doesn’t have to pay the price later.

DAY FIFTEEN: yeahhhhh we made it so far….just a few days left in the strict phase…if you maybe wish to keep going on the strict phase you absolutely can do that….I for myself keep going on the strict phase…keep up the good work y’all👍🏻

Congratulations on completing 15 days of the Metabolic Reset.

You’ve come a long way and I’m sure your body thanks you for taking such good care by eliminating the toxins that overload your system and don’t really fuel.

You are well on your way to learning and implementing the optimal way to fuel your body so it may function optimally.

DAY TWELVE:

Twelve days of discipline. Twelve days of choosing YOU. Twelve days of saying "no" to the old habits and "yes" to a vibrant life.

Your body is no longer just skimming the surface; it’s doing the deep structural work.

Here is what’s happening under the hood:

Adipose Tissue Release: Your body is becoming more efficient at accessing stored fat for fuel, specifically that stubborn visceral fat.

Reduced Systemic Inflammation: Those aches and pains? That’s the "fire" being put out as your CRP (C-Reactive Protein) levels likely begin to drop.

Dopamine Resensitization: Your brain is starting to find joy in the small things again.

Microbiome Shift: The "bad" bacteria that crave sugar are being starved out, and the "good" guys are taking over the lease.

You are literally rebuilding your temple from the cellular level up. This isn't a "diet"—it’s a biological intervention.

DAY NINE:
By now you should have a pretty good routine…
Keep drinking plenty of water…
I struggle sometimes with my lunch..yesterday I was so busy I didn’t even thought on lunch…that’s not good…by the time I realized that it was pretty close to dinner so I just snacked on an apple…Ineill do better today 😀

DAY EIGHT…yeah…

Day 8 is a big milestone..

If you’re here, your body is officially shifting.

Here’s what you may be feeling around this point:
• More mental clarity (less brain fog)
• Improved digestion or reduced bloating
• Energy starting to feel more steady
• Decreased cravings or noticing them differently
• Better sleep or deeper rest

You might also notice:
• Mild fatigue or headaches
• Emotional release
• Detox symptoms that come and go
•sweating more with your workouts anyone ?!? ✋🏼

✨ This is NORMAL. ✨

At 8 days in, your body is clearing stored toxins, calming inflammation, and beginning cellular repair. Your mitochondria are waking up and learning to produce energy more efficiently again.

If today feels amazing—celebrate it.
If today feels hard—trust the process.

Hydrate. Rest. Stay consistent.
This is where real healing starts, not where it stops.

Listen to your body , give it grace when needed! 🌞

Perfect morning to put in a short 2 mile run…felt very rejuvenating and I am more then ready to tackle today…lots of things to do today…👍🏻😀😀
