As we step into the winter season, I’m reminded that even the coldest months can’t freeze the strength God placed inside us. ❄️✨
This time of year brings joy for some and heaviness for others… and both are real.

If the holidays feel different this year—if you’re navigating loss, healing, or simply trying to make it through—please know this:
Your survival is not just a story… it’s a testimony.
Your strength is showing, even on the days you don’t feel strong.

Take it one day at a time.
Rest when you need to.
Celebrate the small wins.
And hold close to Psalm 91—your reminder that God covers you, even in the coldest seasons.

You are covered. You are strong. You are surviving.
And surviving is sacred. ❤️❄️

The strength in our community shined yesterday during our in-person healing circle. After the online session, my heart was overflowing—but being able to gather in person was even more powerful. Healing is not easy, but it is possible when we walk through it together.

We thank everyone who came out and chose to invest in their healing. You are the reason SOS exists.
