It is well accepted that energy is neither created or destroyed, only transformed. I believe that we can be conduits in our own healing by learning to recognize how energy is presenting in our body and to help it transform to support our highest good. Reiki is an energy healing technique that helps to restore balance to our energy field (Chakras) to promote healing on an emotional, spiritual, and
physical level. As a Reiki II Practitioner and Intuitive Empath, I work with clients to identify where energy flow is disrupted in the body and energy field and use holistic techniques and other healing modalities such as sound, to help you release and transform these energy blockages to promote health and healing. Sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled to be in person, or distant. I encourage you to please feel empowered to speak with me about any accommodation or sensory needs. I am open to (limited) local travel to accommodate accessibility needs for in person sessions. Session Fees are introductory pricing and subject to adjustment but please do not let costs be a deterrent to seeking experiences to benefit your own well-being.
