Coming up on the next episode of HealthChat with Tom, we’re excited to spotlight a new resource for nursing mothers and growing families in our community. TriHealth has partnered with Baby Café USA, including TriHealth Clinton Regional, to bring free breastfeeding support and education to Clinton County residents.

Joining me on the program will be Andrea Hesson, RN, Nurse Manager of our Maternity Department, to discuss this new collaborative partnership and what it means for local mothers and families. Baby Café is a free program open to both new and experienced mothers seeking breastfeeding support, encouragement, and connection with others in a welcoming environment.

The official kickoff begins Thursday, May 28, and sessions will be held every fourth Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Café Conference Rooms near the hospital cafeteria. No appointment or reservation is needed.

We are especially grateful for the amazing mothers on our hospital team who balance caring for patients, families, and their own loved ones with such dedication and heart.

TriHealth is thrilled about recently opening four Baby Cafés at various TriHealth hospital locations, including Bethesda North Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital/TriHealth and TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital!

Baby Café USA is an organization dedicated to providing free, drop-in sites that provide ongoing professional lactation care in a welcoming and informal setting. Catch an opening every Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., with a different hospital location open each week (see flier for further details).

We are excited about this new offering for our patients and community members—we hope to see you at one soon!
