Spring is Liver season in Chinese medicine.
The Liver does not thrive on chaos. It thrives on:
• Movement
• Clean fuel
• Emotional expression
You may not need a cleanse, you may just need to get in tune with the season:
• Move your body daily, even 15 minutes counts.
• Eat greens consistently. Dark leafy greens, lightly steamed or cooked if possible.
• Notice where you’re suppressing frustration.
Irritability is not random. It’s stagnation asking for movement.
