Thank you for your suggestion of lowering the prices for permanent makeup.
I am sure there are other artists in the area who offer "specials". I am sure you can find an artist that will make deals, I am sure you will find other artists that are just cheaper....Let me explain why I keep, and have kept, my prices the same for the past 4 years.
I have been a permanent makeup artist for 8 years. I served an apprenticeship for 2 years before I began my services. I am trained and backed by an international company called Softap. I use the best pigments, numbing creams and recovery aids available. I am licensed, insured and a member of the community I serve. I am Health Department inspected and I have been in the same location for 4 years.
Knowing I use the best products, knowing I take education classes every year to keep up with the changing indusrty, knowing you can get natural looking results for your face, knowing all this, I feel my prices are average among artists.
Beware; Dont trust your face to the lowest bidder....

In the world of permanent makeup there is no one-n-done.
Most artists will complete your procedure and book another appointment within 30 days for a follow up exam. After your initial healing at your 30 day exam both you and your artist will be better able to see any areas in your permanent makeup that may need to be addressed. It is at this time you should voice any concerns to your permanent makeup artist.
While most permanent makeup artists are professionals there are several areas of permanent makeup they cannot control after the procedure. Skin types vary so do healing times and processes. Medications can change the look of your new makeup along with sun exposure, excess sweating, getting your area wet or not following the healing instructions exactly as they are written.
If you continue to have a concern with your new makeup any good artist will address your concern without charging a fee. That may mean another appointment or another touch up. Your artist wants your face to look as good as you want it to look. Talk to your artist as you would talk to your doctor. A good artist will work with you.
Lastly, there is some discomfort involved with permanent makeup. Your artist will be opening your skin to insert pigment. Where discomfort is kept to a minimum with topical solutions, each client will experience the procedure differently.
Industry standards have changed rapidly over the past decade from tattoo guns with no anesthetic, to kinder Softap methods and ever- evolving topical numbing creams. As an artist and an educator in the field of permanent makeup I can attest to the ever changing betterment of permanent makeup.
Book your consultation and talk to your artist. Artist shop, educate yourself, choose your artist as you would your doctor and your experience will be a positive one.
