Floetic Yoga for Everyone with Meghan

I am the sister of Jackie, Lauryn, Derek, Eric, and Steven. I started yoga with my mother when I was 11 years old. When we stopped taking classes because of finances, I decided to keep going and to ask for yoga DVD's, books and Yoga mats one Christmas. und yoga to be a good way to build confidence and become a more positive woman through all of yoga's philosophy. The breathing techniques that I learned in yoga was most helpful for my anxiety. When I turned 18 I was old enough to start yoga teacher training or (YTT). I knew I wanted to share the peace, strength, and love for the universe that yoga brought to my life. That is why I decided to become a teacher. Other than teaching yoga, I am a 19 year old college student at MCC in Lowell, MA. I am currently a Liberal studies major but I would like to study in the Dental Hygiene program at MCC. I will always make yoga apart of my life though, know matter what!
