Hmmmm.....after visiting your office in a referral from a Thoracic Surgeon you ordered up a Thoracic X-Ray, Thoracic MRI and then a Mylogram & CT Scan. You offered no pain solution for my arthritis and degenerative disc disease. Instead you referred me to a Neurosurgeon who showed me the tiniest spinal cord hernia on my scan and said he couldn't understand why you sent me to him. He offered to do exploratory surgery to look for a cyst but it could leave me paralyzed. After 2 months of PT and no pain relief I went back to your PA (Tya Pringle) just this week. She offered no treatment, said there was nothing they could do, and would not consult with one of the M.D.'s and sent me on my way. I guess I should have read all the negative reviews first. Thanks for nothing except the possibility of Covid-19 exposure from the 2 office visits I had.

Discharged for taking PRESCRIBED medication, I've used for at least 5 years, AS PRESCRIBED. NO ABUSE/NO MISUSE. Dr Benjamin Wall and Talia Pringle will not take my call to discuss. Laura was my PA who quit. Dr Benjamin Wall and Talia Pringle haven't even met me and yet make a RECKLESS JUDGEMENT concerning my character and my long term care. Complaint with NC Medical Board in process. Yes folks, a physician may discharge a patient at will, but they are required by oath to be professional, ethical and moral. This is a clear violation of Chapter 90. Heed my warning regarding this facility. Contact me with any questions!

Visit was a joke..Should have gone for consult so my insurance company wouldn't be charged.
Staff was rude PA just pushed that CBD Oil & told me to go get Another X-ray & see somebody else ...AGAIN...Wilmington is notorious for passing the patient !!
Room was dirty & floor covered in hair.
Won't be back & or recommend. So Sad when your in Serious Pain :(
