It's officially been an entire year since I quit Ni****ne Vapes. 🥳

This is the herbal tisane blend I used to quit smoking, and just last night I got to share this recipe with someone trying to quit drinking! 🙌🏻

THIS is my calling. Showing people that nature has our backs, our fronts, and our insides. I'm living proof of it.🥰

I think it was harder to quit the v**e after a year of addiction to it than it was to quit ci******es after 13 years of addiction to them. They're all pure poison.🚫

I named the herbal blend Unphuck Yourself with the intentions of it doing just that- and it works. ✨️

Hey, everyone!

I have been fighting a nasty Cold 🤧 while simultaneously going through Ni****ne withdrawals. 😵‍💫

It has been rough, but manageable with the help of natural holistic remedies, like this Herbal Tisane I made. 💚

Y'all- I was highly addicted to those ni****ne v**es. I slept with them and brought them everywhere with me...even to use the bathroom. It was worse than a binky. 🥸

I started to notice how the ni****ne was affecting my mood the most. Then I started noticing that the rest of my body was reacting as well. I was having stomach issues, headaches, my throat hurt so much, and I couldn't sit still long enough to concentrate on work and school....yet I still puffed on them like it was my job. 🥴

I realized that I allowed another substance in that had control of me again. One thing I can't stand is being out of control of my mind, body, or spirit....and I was nearly there with the v**es. How? 😔

I was ashamed, but then I reminded myself that all of this is a lesson to learn from, and go through, and then I can show others how I got through it.
I feel like this is all part of the divine plan...even the pain that comes with it- it's all part of the plan. ✨️

I learned about natural medicine and holistic healing at the end of my drug addiction in 2015. It is something that has helped me, and my family and friends in every ailment that I/we have had since then. I believe in it so strongly, and that is why I am here- to spread the knowledge, and give the testimonies. 🙌🏻

I created Herbal Haven because there IS a way to heal naturally, and without the crazy side effects you get from synthetic products. I want everyone to have access and knowledge to alternative health. I will show you as I learn and grow! 🌿
