• Non-medical personal care
• Bathing, dressing, meal prep, companionship
• No doctor's order needed
• Can be private pay or Medicaid

🏥 HOME HEALTH:
• Skilled medical care (nursing, PT, OT)
• Requires a doctor's order
• Usually covered by Medicare
• Typically short-term after hospitalization
