Busy Chiropractic Clinic in Wilmington Delaware has openings for Licensed Massage Therapists.
Must be licensed in the state of Delaware.
Flexible schedule available (PT/FT) 3 to 5 days a week. Clinic hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday with an hour break for lunch between 12 to 1.
Pay rate is $43,000 to $70,000 a year depending on schedule.

`Duties```
- Perform massage therapy techniques to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being.
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and preferences.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to target specific areas of pain or discomfort.
- Provide exceptional patient service by ensuring a comfortable and safe environment during massage sessions.
- Employ a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
```Requirements```
- Valid Delaware license as a Massage Therapist.
- Proven experience in pain management and acute pain management techniques.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and the ability to assess patients' conditions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform physical examinations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Understanding of occupational health guidelines and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized care based on individual patient needs.
