Wellness Within by Ellyn Supports you on your journey to becoming your best self through massage, yoga, and mind, body skills I have been teaching yoga for over ten years.

My name is Ellyn Hutton and my spiritual name is Mukta Kaur, meaning one who is liberated. I am on a journey of wellness and the owner and founder of Wellness Within by Ellyn, LLC. My goal is to support others in their journey towards a fulfilled and prosperous life as I support my own health and well-being. I am certified in Holistic Nursing, Kundalini Yoga and Massage Therapy. I studied Mind/Body Medicine at Saybrook University where I learned biofeedback, coaching and other mind/body skills. I also have a specialty in working with pregnant women through yoga and massage. Intention: My intention is to support others in their personal growth and wellness through yoga, massage, meditation, and mind/body skills. I truly love helping others. It gives me great joy and personal fulfillment.

This prayer walk, and these words from Valarie Kaur, spoken at a detention center in LA after ICE raids, express Spirit in Action 💕

Last night at the Federal Building where they are caging our loved ones, we came with flowers.

My remarks a moment before this photo was taken:

“To all of you soldiers, officers, and agents: Who do you want to be in this moment in history? How do you want the child in your life to remember you? Did you really take this job to go to war with your own people?

What does it look like for you to choose courage right now? It may require you to make a sacrifice…

We come here with flowers. We come here with flowers. And we will keep coming here with flowers.

As long as you hold our people in those cages – we will come here with flowers.

With our ancestors at our backs – we will come here with flowers.

With love as our guide – we will come here with flowers.

With the eyes of a sage and heart of a warrior – we will come here with flowers.

As long as we breathe — we will come here with flowers.

Until we are all free – we will come here with flowers.
