Experiencing the loss of multiple pregnancies and the dream of a longed for child are woven into the fabric of who I am.

The depth of anguish that accompanies such a journey is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. As I acknowledged and embraced the gut-wrenching roller coaster of grief, It allowed me to walk through and grow to appreciate the profound clarity each loss gave me. These losses, painful as they were, have become the crucibles in which my resilience and strength have been molded. They taught me the invaluable lessons of compassion, self-care, and the fragile beauty of life itself. Each experience revealed the depths of my own capacity and continues to light the path towards healing and self-discovery. I believe this for you, too.

Today, on the first day of pregnancy and infant loss awareness, and every day, I extend love, light, and unwavering support to all those who share in this journey of grief. To the parents who have known the heartache of miscarriage, pregnancy loss, babies born still, and to those Pregnant After Loss (PAL), who carry their losses with them.....I AM holding space with you and may the wisdom gained through these experiences bring solace and growth to your hearts and souls ❤️.

How are you honoring your mental health? Whether it's struggling with fertility challenges or whatever else life is throwing at you, pause. Focus on the moment and pause. Focus on slowing your breath, focus on the cool water as you wash your hands, focus on listening to yourself say, I AM Trusting My Journey As I Emerge Whole And Well!
