Once I get the email confirmation, I will email you the Zoom link. The proceeds from the class will be donated to Feast Down East, who is buying fresh produce from local farms and giving them to shut-in seniors in need.

We will be practicing a 20 minute form, doing some warm up and healing sounds, and will finish with a 10 minute guided meditation. This type of Qi Gong is particularly good at boosting the immunity, calming the mind, opening the heart and revitalizing breathing/respiration. No experience necessary!

If you've been looking for calming and centering, this is a very grounding practice. Please join me!

This is dedicated to all of my fertility patients past/present/future; and to any woman who has struggled to conceive, had a miscarriage, or had to make very difficult decisions around motherhood. (Thanks to Candice Devinney for writing such poignant words.)

To those of you who have held motherhood in your hearts and in your bodies, to the mothers who have had both private and public infertility or adoption journeys that began with hope and did not end with your arms filled: you carried their soul in you. Physically or spiritually, you carried that dream and promise in you. You tried, planned, wanted, celebrated, grieved. You knew who they were. They were your babies. You are Mothers, in every sense.

Obviously I will not name any of you here, but I have spoken your name in prayer and you will be in my heart this day. I know many have gone through this pain quietly and in secret.

Mother’s Day is your day too. You may be celebrating, or hurting, or longing, or just trying to get through it, but it is your day to claim if you choose to. You are a mother. And you are deeply loved.

It’s the most beautiful time of the year at CFCA. Have you stopped to smell the roses yet? An early spring treatment can jump start new growth, detox and a letting go of the winter blahs.
