Haven Disaster Plan

In the event of a disaster in which the office is unable to open an announcement will be placed on TV and Radio media as well as on our page () and website (haven-wilmington.org).

In the event of a disaster in which the office is unable to be open:
Call 910-465-1935 or 910-399-3927 and/or Fax 910-399-3928 (NC Office) for help with clinical care and concerns and/or medication refills.
If none of these numbers are working due to the disaster:
Call 907-272-4411 and/or Fax 907-272-4412 (AK Office) instead.

During a disaster all medications, including all controlled substances, can be electronically prescribed through Allscripts making hardcopy handwritten prescriptions unnecessary.

If indicated, appointments can be conducted online through SECURE VIDEO (ZOOM) an encrypted HIPAA approved telemedicine service by Haven sending a link to your email account.

Urgent situations that require direct interview can be conducted by a house call that is determined on a case by case basis to warrant it.
