Big milestone for our team: we’ve officially incorporated in Delaware as CareHome Technologies, Inc. 🌟

New name. Same mission.

We started this journey with one clear purpose: making life easier, safer, and more dignified for seniors, caregivers, and families navigating medication management and daily care.

This next chapter gives us the structure to grow faster, build smarter, and prepare for the scale needed to create real impact.

The problem is massive. The need is urgent. And the opportunity to improve lives is real.

At CareHome, we’re tackling one of the most overlooked (and costly) problems in healthcare: medication non-adherence amongst a growing senior population. Millions of doses are missed every year, leading to preventable complications, millions of hospitalizations, unending stress for families and caregivers, and thousands of fatalities.

We’ve made serious progress, from a fully functional, patented prototype of both our hardware and software to early validation with real demand from senior care providers and families. Now, we’re focused on what matters most: getting to a market-ready product.

To do that, we’re opening up our pre-seed round and inviting investors, operators, and strategic partners who want to be part of building the future of medication adherence and care visibility.

2025 was our biggest year yet (better late than never) 🥳

None of this happens in a vacuum. The Wilmington community continues to show up in a big way.

We make it a point to talk with everyone: networkers, caregivers, clinicians, community members, future users, and those simply curious. Those conversations shape the product more than any spreadsheet ever could.
