Recently, two of the owners of NC Mobile IV Medics lost their beloved dog, Tater Tot, and the house has felt a little quieter ever since.

One of the unexpected gifts of this work is the connections we make, not just with our clients, but with their families too… including the four-legged ones.

Today, while our client Lisa was getting fluids for a stomach bug, James got some much-needed puppy love that helped fill a small piece of that empty space.

Moments like this remind us why we love what we do. It’s more than IVs, it’s people, connection, and the little things that make a hard day better.

One year ago we arrived in Wilmington to start a new chapter in life and start North Carolina Mobile IV Medics. Over the past year we have met incredible people, built new friendships, and grown to love this community more than we ever expected. Every time we are able to help someone feel better it reminds us why we started this journey.
