Salon Beyond Basics is the best salon in the area! I have been in the hair industry for over 20 years and worked for Kendall has created a salon and team that only he could do! i miss Salon Beyond Basics and use it alot to model my business after!
My 16yr old Son is looking for a color expert, in being able to take his hair to a platinum blonde...who in your salon would you say is experienced in this process and recommend, and what would it cost?
Kendall Fuqua worked his usual magic again yesterday with a cut and color. When I joined my Tuesday evening choral group, the comments ranged from "Wow! That looks so natural I would never guess if I hadn't seen you before" to "Your hair's the bomb!" One woman even came up and said "I don't know you, but your hair looks great!" Thanks, Kendall.
Hannah Grace Hickman is hands down the best stylist I've ever had. I followed her here to SBB. However I had a nasty fall on a slippery floor with no wet floor sign, no faculty or staff help me up. I had to ask for ice and still no one confronted me to see how I was doing with my bloody leg I asked the lady up front for some ice and figured with my phone number she would at least have the owner call with apologies but sadly no. I've been trying to get in touch with Kendall the owner for several weeks now no response except that he would call me and never did. Very disappointed my boss wants to spend $60 each on all of the staff 45 + to go to a salon and as marketer for the company I suggested this place. I am now looking at another possibly head to toe spa salon it's just a shame that Hannah is going to be affected by this decision all because the owner doesn't know how to handle a situation where litigation could have been prevented
