Yinnovative Yoga is a synthesis of yogic philosophy, intelligent movement practices, meditation, Chinese meridian and therapeutic healing modalities.

Yinnovative Yoga is a folkloric-movement-medicine that weaves in the cultural wisdom of meridian healing, the ancient philosophy of yoga and the progressive, therapuetic work of myofascial unwinding. In reverence to creativity, innovation and humanity’s forward evolution, this form of yoga is not confined to these descriptive words, modalities and traditional systems indefinitely, but rather born on the foundation of the feminine characteristics of intuition, prudence, yielding and malleability. As the energy on this planet raises, there is a need to dissolve attaching to rigid models of healing. This style of yoga is a synthesis of Tracy’s 12 years of study and hands-on bodywork therapy, 17 years of personal yoga practice and a variety of other ‘objective courses’ that she has taken during her ‘Earth School’ training. She is a certified Earthling and has accepted the invitation to serve as an escort of Spirit in helping to bring balance to the cumbersome dynamics on the planet today. This practice is designed to explore and unite the feminine and masculine energies within all layers of ones’ personal, human experience and journey. This style of practice offers students the opportunity to shift into a deeply meditative, reflective, and observatory state, cultivating awareness of their internal world. This allows for healing of energy blockages within the deeper structures of the body’s joints, fascial system and vital organs as well as the mental, emotional and spiritual mirrors of these blockages. It is about creating a container and holding space for oneself to dissolve resistance and surrender to what is. Hands-on acupressure application is an offering to release tension, further enhance energy flow, and deepen one’s orientation and understanding of oneself on all levels. Each student will walk away having a heightened sense of their body and energy systems from both the experiential and intellectual realms.

In the summer of 2021, I sent a prayer to the wind 🌬️asking for support + guidance in how to navigate a deep sister wound.

I received a clear calling from Spirit to attend the Emerald Circle led by + in the hill country of Texas.

I arrived recognizing a few ladies, but I let my landing place in the circle find me. I was guided to a particular spot and I let it be so.

I opened my heart to the healing that I had asked for and let this act of participation in this circle be a seed planted for many moons to follow🌺.

The result?

🌹 I was invited to bring massage magic to REWILD 2021, which was WILDLY MAGICAL and connected me to many medicine women my community and beautiful clients whom I adore deeply and still work with today🪄

🌹I got to connect and play with many incredibly inspiring and ALIVE women from all over the globe🌎

🌹 I met and have established pivotal relationships with some of the finest, WILD WOMEN in ATX. Some of whom have become my nearest and dearest, and the ripples continue to expand 💗

🌹 I’ve been invited back to bring MASSAGE MAGIC to REWILD 2024!!!!!🏹✨

My prayer was answered in layers and spirals🐚 with the continued calling to:: PARTICIPATE✨

It is an honor to be participating alongside SO MANY wild, gorgeous women, some of who I’ve been blessed to know through this Sacred Sister Circle👯‍♀️ + more✨

CALLING ALL RETREAT LEADERS, YOGA TEACHERS + FACILITATORS!

It has been 6 months since moving to the hills of Wimberly and becoming the new stewards of !!!

I feel so much joy for this opportunity to be the torch bearer for Ruby Retreats and to facilitate healing experiences, as well as support others in bringing their magic and medicine!✨ (Oh, and did I mention that I am the on-site massage therapist at Ruby Retreats?)😍

We operate on a 100-acre property that offers beautiful lodging, a gorgeous, fully equipped Yoga Barn, walking + hiking trails, a sunset tower, Enchanted Forest, outdoor dining Grotto and various other areas, consciously designed for meditation, reflection and the opportunity to commune with nature.

Wellness retreats and the like offer such potent opportunities to activate the heart and help us to remember what matters most in our lives. We need this so much right now!

We created Cosmic Gardener as an intentional response to some unexpected shifts in our professional life, catalyzed by the Full Moon Scorpio + Lunar Eclipse in May 2022. Do you remember what was going on in your life at that time?

We knew that we wanted to begin to steer our businesses in a different direction and that we needed to surrender and plan for a new trajectory. Through the guidance + support of Earth Angels, Spirit, Intuition, and a lot of heart work, here we are!

MOONS + MERIDIANS is a yin yoga practice that is centered around harnessing and embodying the archetypal qualities within each Zodiac Gateway.

“The moon is like a big satellite dish for Earth; when it geometrically joins a planet it picks up on its energy and reflects it back to us.” ~

Like facets of a diamond, we each express the 12 different archetypes in our own, unique proportions according to our natal charts + life’s integrations.

While we are not limited to our natal configuration, perhaps in learning the qualities of each archetype, we may affirm our strengths, uncover dormant potential, ignite inspiration, reveal blind spots, and overall understand ourselves and others with more clarity + compassion.

In offering constructive feedback…

What healing work has taught me in this arena is that feedback can be medicinal and supportive when it is permissible.

For example, if I am in a conversation with someone and constructive feedback surfaces in my mind to share, if I preface by asking permission and it is granted, the verbal consent/agreement may highly influence how my feedback is received.

If consent is given, usually the feedback can be more easily embraced and one can truly reflect on it in a way that is not obscured with feeling judged, criticized or inferior. There is often a feeling of appreciation for the respect shown in asking permission.

If however, I overlook asking permission and jump in with my feedback, it’s natural for some people to energetically and physically resist. It can feel invasive, uninvited and potentially even violating. I believe that this approach likely shuts down an opportunity for healing and growth and may even perpetuate a feeling of divisiveness.

It’s a gift to be holders and conduits of wisdom. If our intention is to help heal, I believe it requires consistent humbling and the utmost care and respect for those who we are sharing it with.

And of course, permission.
