I’ve been away from the studio more than usual this summer, soaking up family time and rest that I truly needed. 🙏🏻

BUT .. This week I’m back to my regular schedule—with some big changes ahead 👀

✨ After much thought (and a little heartache), I’ve decided to step away from my Tuesday evening class at Shine Yoga. My girls may be growing up, but it turns out they need me now more than ever. This Tuesday will be my last regularly scheduled evening class. It will remain on the schedule with other incredible teachers, and I may pop in to sub from time to time.

✨ I’ll also be letting go of my Thursday Chair Yoga class starting mid-September.

📝 These shifts open up more space for me to share yoga and meditation in the ways that light me up most:
• Private sessions
• Small group classes
• Workplace wellness & meditation
• Plus, some special workshops this fall

If you’ve been looking for a practice that truly supports you, I’d love to hold space for you. 💕✌🏻🥰

A Women’s Circle of Creation and Renewal

As the earth awakens with the beginnings of spring, we gather to honor renewal, growth, and possibility.

This sacred women’s circle invites you to connect with the energy of the season—where fresh blooms emerge, the days grow lighter, and nature reminds us of the beauty of new beginnings.

We will begin by creating a flower mandala, weaving together petals and leaves in a mindful expression. Through this creative practice, we honor the cycles of life and the energy of rebirth that spring offers.

Then, we will settle into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided journey into relaxation and renewal. Like the earth softening to welcome new life, we, too, will soften, release, and open to fresh possibilities within.

Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, connected, and in harmony with the gentle unfolding of spring.
