Holding it together. Staying steady.
Trying to stay regulated in a world that feels loud and divided.

I don’t think we need another tool or insight.

I think we might just need a pause long enough to feel safe again.

That’s what Sunday Soothe is.

Slow transitions.
Longer rests than you expect.

Nothing to get “right.”

Just a quiet, steady place to land at the end of the week.

My week of offerings starts tomorrow (Sunday) with Sunday Soothe at Daydream. Then I’ll be at Shine Yoga the rest of the week for my regular weekly offerings of gentle flow and hot vinyasa.
