Welcome to the month of May! We have a packed schedule of our regular classes along with a couple of speciality offerings!
This month traditionally sees the burst of spring time growth leveling out a bit, so if you're feeling called to slow down and ground your energy, you're in alignment with the season. Tai chi and qigong movement classes are an excellent way for you to rebalance and reground, and we invite you to any of our upcoming classes!
