Starts this Sunday! Focus is on running mechanics, technique & things that make you springy and bouncy get timed in 40s, 23 second drills, 10 sec flys, etc 🔥👟🙌🏻

Modern football requires SPEED. 🏈
Basketball, regardless of being aerobic, requires SPEED.🏀
Cheerleeding, volleyball, softball and baseball benefit from SPEED. 🥎🥅

🏃🏼‍♀️ SPEED IS ATHLETICSM. 🏃

‼️If you want to help your child be better at any sport, develop their SPEED and plyometrics. ‼️

Join F.C. Youth MOVEment for a speed development camp starting 3/2/25 and running through 4/6/25 (specific dates can be found in the post below). All ages welcome and can benefit from this free camp.

🏀Phase one: training should be about getting STRONG & in shape.

🥎Phase two: implement sport strategy, adjust training to be more about explosion & hypertrophy.

🏈Phase three: training is about explosion, hypertrophy & mobility. More focus on sports strategy & technical skills.

🥇Phase four: adjust for "tournament" time. Extremely technical and specific. Training should accommodate fatigue, focus on range of motion.

🥅Phase five: rest, recover, reset. Non sport specific training or a new sport.

‼️Understand the phase your in as a program and as a coach and plan your practices accordingly‼️
