This weekend’s Holy Yoga retreat was truly a gift! Filled with yoga, fitness, spiritual disciplines, bible study, and relaxing in community with amazing people from all over. While my quads are a tad sore, my heart is so full!

And the location!! Meadowkirk staff went above and beyond to care for us, and the food was amazing! I am already counting down until next year’s retreat! 🤍
