Transformation Tuesday ✨

✨It’s our Head Coach, Emily!

On the LEFT: 153lbs in January 2020. Emily bought that 💜 practice suit and heels off Facebook marketplace Used 👎. She was eating whatever she wanted and not tracking her food, water or steps.

On the RIGHT: 151.4lbs today (August 22, 2023). Emily is 14 weeks into coaching with 🏆 following a meal plan, and training program. With daily water and step goals. Her body has been responding well to carb cycling, eating whole foods, and one weekly free meal. Strength is still really solid in the gym. 👍

✨Bodybuilding vs Powerlifting

Bodybuilding ✨
- Focused on hypertrophy training to develop a desired physique or division
- Training is generally in the higher rep ranges with moderate to heavy weights
- Competitions are called Bodybuilding shows. This is where you perform a posing routine and mandatory poses for your division in your required bikini, suit or trunks, with or without heels.
- Class winners are determined by being the best at meeting the bodybuilding division requirements set out by each federation, in each of your classes. The first place winners of each class compete to win the overall. Overall winners are the best of each division.

Powerlifting ✨
- Focused on increasing weight in the three main lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift
- Training is generally in the lower rep ranges with heavier weights
- Competitions are called Powerlifting meets. This is where you test your 1RM (one rep max) with 3 attempts for each of the three lifts.
- Weight class winners are determined by total weight lifted. The Best Lifter award is given to the male and female lifters with the highest DOTS score, essentially a pound for pound strength score.

2 years with 🎉
During this timeframe Casey reached one of his goals to lose over 60lbs - Swipe to see! Then we focused on building the physique he wanted in a bulk phase, and now we are currently working on leaning out again!

Casey is a Traveling Nurse 🩺 His biggest challenge before joining TEAMERA was having a diet or workout written down for him to follow. He travels a good amount which makes things challenging, but that’s the beauty of working with an online coach like us, we make adjustments and keep moving forward. If he can do it, so can you. Let’s all give Casey some love below!

✨Transformation Tuesday!

Two years with swipe to see her journey from our first 12 week cut in 2021 to her current muscle mommy physique now. During this timeframe Chloe has graduated college and the police academy. This year she has been an active police officer and working on her posing for the wellness division. She asked today, “Do I look better fit for wellness or bikini?” And Emily responded, “Oh I think you’re wellness now!” We can’t wait to see what Chloe does next. We are here for it!✨
