Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) Plan is $129 per month and designed to give you consistent access to care—without per-visit fees or insurance hassles.

• Unlimited primary care visits as needed
• In-person or virtual appointments
• Ongoing care focused on prevention and whole-person health

📌 Visits are scheduled during our regular office hours and based on availability.

This plan offers consistent access to your provider, but it is not an on-call or emergency service.
