Happy Friday!
Question for today— do you have a daily practice that guides your awareness? I draw a rune or a tarot card each morning and meditate on the meaning. Throughout my day I remain aware of thoughts and actions to which that meaning can be applied. It's like wearing a perception lens that looks through the meaning of that rune or card. i.e.- If I pull the Empress card, I view the world through a lens that looks for growth and abundance.
At the end of my day, I spend 5 minutes writing about observations concerning what I saw through that lens. Over time, this becomes a method of approaching daily activities. i.e.- if I have a difficult conversation with a family member, I switch my lens of perception to that of The Temperance card, so that I maintain an attitude of balanced understanding.
