My name is David Polomie, I am certified personal trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have been a resident of Wickham Park, Windermere, FL since 2015 and prior to that I was a resident in the Celebration, FL area for the last 18 years. First, working as a Fitness Instructor and then as a Personal Trainer. Soon I moved into a Fitness Management working as a Personal Training Manager, then as an Assistant Fitness Manager and finally running the operations of several small resort fitness centers. However, my passion still lies with Personal Training, that is, helping others reach there fitness goals and tapping into there inner potential to achieve something greater than they could imagine. One word describes this... REWARDING!
