➡️ 48 hour notice with NO charge

➡️ 24 hour cancellation notice 50% of the service fee is due

➡️ Same day cancellation/ no call no show the full service amount is due

➡️ Yes this includes sickness

➡️ If you are a repeat offender, I may ask you to take a pause from body work until you can fully commit again.

Today was a good day 💛 I spent the afternoon volunteering at camp sunshine! I was able to give 5 massage sessions to the parents at the most beautiful clubhouse! It is such a magical place. There were incredibly greatful and I can’t wait to go back.

If you don’t know what Camp sunshine is, you NEED know! It’s a year round retreat right here in Caso Maine, that serves children with life threatening illnesses and their families.

It’s a safe place for families to recharge and connect with others who face similar challenges. A place to make life long memories, to laugh, have fun and make friendships.

The program is offered free of charge and there is 24 hour medical care. Families are able to participate in a wide range of activities such as swimming, boating, arts and crafts and much more! There is also parent group workshops and peer support. How amazing is that?

Are you a Bio Freeze fan like I am? Check out my new discovery 🤯

Lavender scented menthol-pain relief cream!!! This product can be purchased at Walmart and on Amazon ( I order mine in bulk because I love it so much) It has 10% menthol compared to 4% which is a huge game changer. If you need some relief at home for those sore achy muscles, I suggest giving this a try. My clients also really enjoy it when I infuse my massages with this product.

Join me for a walk this coming Sunday, May 25th @ 9:00am. I will be at the Donnabeth Lipman park Windham maine (behind the sherwin Williams paint store) if it’s raining we will take our walk to the indoor track at St. Joesph’s college in Standish. Come make a friend, get out of the house, get some healthy movement and enjoy the outdoors 💜 I look forward to seeing you there!

Our first kindness walk starts tomorrow morning at 9:00am 👏 unfortunately because of the rainy/muddy weather we are having, we will NOT be meeting at the original location (Donnabeth Lippman park). Instead we will be gathering at St. Joseph’s College in Standish. They have an indoor track that’s open to the public free of charge. It’s located in the Alfond Center on campus. See you there ✨
