A delicious & healthy dinner SO easy we don’t even need a formal recipe or video. Here’s what you do:
1️⃣ wash, peel, & chop sweet potato and spread on baking sheet
2️⃣ pour bag of pre washed ready to cook broccoli onto baking sheet
3️⃣ slice precooked apple flavor chicken sausages and add to baking sheet
4️⃣ drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on kosher salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, and chili powder (I know, I know - just trust me)
5️⃣ toss. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 min, mixing halfway through. Serve over 90-second microwaveable brown rice or other whole grain
Idk what made me combine these flavors but you guys, it was SO GOOD!! It was savory but with a SLIGHT hint of sweet fall flavors too. This dish took literally 5 minutes to prep, and 30 to cook with minimal involvement. Also provides protein, carbs with fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
