It's time to keep kids safe and warm in their car seats. Blankets are a good alternative to a heavy, puffy coat, which can cause the car seat harness to not fit snugly.

This! Especially do no water down formula - it is just not safe for babies that get all their necessary nutrients from that bottle. There is help out there. Don't be afraid to reach out.
