It’s something I need to work on for sure.
It can be so tempting to always be checking your phone or having a device of some kind on…
but our brains need a break from all the non stop noise and distractions that totally surround us.
The constant distraction from social media, news, work and everything else happening in the world 🌎 can definitely increase our stress levels and anxiety.
Making sure we have time daily to 100% unplug from any and all devices is a must in my opinion. 👏
I personally Love going out into nature to unwind and relax. 🌲❤️
We live way out in the middle of nowhere (in nature) and so I just step out to the back of our property at our house and take in all the beauty and fresh air of nature.
I also love praying while I am out there breathing in the fresh air.
It brings such peace and joy to my heart. ❤️
Do you have a set time each day that you step away from your phone and all other devices?

If not, then over the next 7 days, why don’t you try picking a time (at least 30 minutes to an hour) and totally unplug from any and all devices…
