Therapy Success Story: Gerald Franzen

Mr. Franzen, an active and motivated individual, was admitted to our home for therapy services following a femur fracture that significantly impacted his mobility and independence. Prior to his injury, Mr. Franzen lived an active lifestyle and enjoyed spending quality time with his wife.

Upon admission, Mr. Franzen required extensive assistance with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living. Through a personalized therapy program focused on strength, balance, and functional mobility, he demonstrated exceptional determination and consistency in his rehabilitation journey. Despite the challenges associated with his injury, Mr. Franzen remained engaged, motivated, and committed to achieving his goals.

Over the course of his therapy, Mr. Franzen made remarkable progress. He improved his strength and endurance, regained functional mobility, and increased his level of independence with daily tasks. His hard work and positive attitude played a key role in his recovery.

On April 9, 2026, Mr. Franzen successfully discharged home with his beautiful wife, returning to a familiar environment and a meaningful quality of life. His journey is a testament to the power of dedication, skilled therapy intervention, and strong support systems.

Today joins us in celebrating Mr. Franzen’s success. We wish him continued health and happiness at home! We have enjoyed having you here with us at our home!
