Cheesecake with chocolate ganache, cheesecake with blueberry topping, shortbread, shortbread dipped in chocolate, and churro Chex mix were the chosen desserts this year. They all turned out so well, everyone loved them an no one could tell they were gluten free!

A family tradition of Christmas Eve soup! I use butter instead of margarine, and beef broth instead of water and beef bouillon.

I have memories of eating this as a holiday meal when I was a child, and I carried that tradition to my family, and now I’m sharing it with my new family!

Girl dinner! Dill cheese curds, apple slices, carrots, simple mills almond flour rosemary & sea salt crackers and schar entertainment crackers (as close to a ritz as I’ve found), and mandarin oranges. With a bubbler in a wine glass because I felt fancy.

My naming privileges have been threatened to be revoked. So I’m reducing myself to crowdsourcing. Give me your best names for these geese under their photos.
