Calling all mamas-to-be!

Muddy Waters Yoga Studio will be offering a monthly prenatal yoga class with , certified prenatal yoga teacher, starting in January.

This class is suitable for any trimester and is a great way to connect with other expecting moms. This is also a great entry into yoga if you’d like to practice throughout your pregnancy.

ECFE Term 2 starts this week. We are looking for more friends for our Tuesday and Thursday morning classes as well as Baby & Me on Wednesday's. Please join us, we would love to have you.
