Just take time to BREATHE my sweet friends and remember that when you're overwhelmed by worries or a growing to-do-list, we must never forget where peace can be found... "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trusts in you." Isaiah 26:3

I of all people know all to well how true this is and have gotten myself into some serious pickles🥒 🥒 because l forget that worrying only digs you deeper into a whole that is harder to get out of. I'm actively learning and working on worrying only about the things that l can control and NOT the things that are in other people's hands to control. People will make you worry yourself into the ground based on their poor choices and decisions...but say it with me friends THAT AIN'T YOUR PROBLEM...OR YOUR DEAL....and yes 😳 l said ain't 😆😜

If we worry that worry will only turn into even more worry and you will make yourself emotionally sick until you have backed yourself into a corner of stress where there is no where to go but when we give our worries to God that is where we find out peace, hope, and answers. Worrying does nothing more than cause you more internal problems. It doesn't solve or take care of the problem so it is best to just focus on the things that you can do about your situation and as for the things out of your control with your situation you must Let Go and Give them to God. Trust in Him that he will see you through. Choose Faith over Fear. Don't let your fear keep you stuck instead let it motivate you to move in a different direction. You can't change if your feet are always planted and stuck in the same place sweet friends! We can't grow if we aren't willing to change ourselves. Staying stuck in the same place doesn't allow for any growth. Change happens with action and changing our thoughts and mindset is the first step. We all could use THAT ONE SMALL THING!! Let's remember to take time to show each other those daily little acts of kindness that we sometimes take for granted that people truly need to hear. A little bit of kindness and effort goes a long way in relationships🙌

Open the door of communication
Check in on people because we aren't promised tomorrow
Give flowers
Give simple made from the heart gifts
Notes or letters of appreciation
Positive Words of encouragement

It doesn't have to be an expensive gesture...just LOVE...and give from the heart. Make it meaningful because we as people are in constant NEED of a check-in.

Also a good reminder to us all...don't judge a situation because someone may simply be crying for help and in need but don't know how to ask for help. Don't take it personal. You never know what someone is struggling and battling with or whether they need someone to send them a life vest when they are drowning. Many times people are simply just lost and it's not about anything that you have done to them, but more about how deeply they are suffering and struggling. Sometimes people are simply going through a storm and don't know how to find their way back.
