Position: Field Laborer / Crew Member
We’re a small concrete company focused on high-quality ICF foundations and flatwork. We're looking to add a motivated crew member who’s dependable and ready to work.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Help build ICF foundation systems (see photo!)
🔹 Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete floors, driveways, and more
🔹 Learn valuable trade skills — training provided

Requirements:
✅ Strong work ethic
✅ Comfortable working outdoors
✅ Experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person

Used paper products such as paper towels, napkins, or paper plates are not recyclable. Paper towels and napkins are too fibrous to be remade into another material. Paper plates, like coffee cups or ice cream containers, have an inner wax lining that makes them ineligible to be recycled.

Winona County Household Hazardous Waste Facility (HHW) accepts your unwanted pesticides! Any type of w**d, insect, or rodent killer should be kept out of your trash and disposed of safely. Fertilizers do not need to be collected as hazardous waste and should be used or thrown in the trash if they are a solid material.

Do not use plastic shopping or garbage bags to hold your recyclables. The machines at the sorting facility cannot separate thin plastic bags from other recyclables, and the entire bag will end up as garbage. Worse, plastic bags get wrapped around the spinning axles of the sorting equipment, and shutdowns of the line are required in order to remove them. These shutdowns increase sorting costs, which in turn increases program costs. Consider switching to paper bags or dump your recycling loosely into your curbside cart.
