RiverStar Incorporated RiverStar Inc, is a contract manufacturer which specializes in kitting, assembly and supply chain management for its partners.

RiverStar was founded in 1995 and currently has nearly 40 full time Team Members. Our headquarters and two production facilities are in Winona, MN, and in 2006, a third production facility was opened in Rushford, MN. Today we have nearly 190,000 square feet of climate controlled space. Our customers (aka partners) range in size and experience from Fortune 100 companies to new startups looking to m

ake their way into emerging markets. RiverStar currently serves the agricultural, medical, robotics, athletic equipment, and law enforcement industries, bringing RiverStar’s expertise in procurement, logistics, production, order fulfillment, and repair/refurbishment to our customers. RiverStar has two affiliate companies, RiverSide Electronics and RiverBend Electronics, which provide RiverStar’s customers with access to premium Electronic Manufacturing Services with specialization in printed circuit board assembly for both high and low volume applications.
